Deposits: A deposit of 3 nights will be charged upon submitting the booking reservation form if there is availability for dates requested. You will receive confirmation and receipt of this transaction. The final payment will be due upon checkout. If there is no availability for dates selected you will be informed by email including possible alternate dates. In this case your credit card will not be charged a deposit until new reservation dates are selected. Cancellation of Reservation:** Please cancel outside 45 days prior to arrival for full refund of deposit. Inside 45 days of arrival there will be no refund of deposit.
